— I am adapting my case study content to a new schema optimized for Senior Product Designer roles, to replace the current Figma Slides format I created last year. I also completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate recently and will be rearchitecting my site information architecture before resuming my job search in earnest.
I designed, coded, and documented the first design system in this medical SaaS product’s 15-year history. I replaced fragmented interface decisions with reusable tokens, components, production code, and governance that made UI work faster and more consistent.
I connected a martial-arts school’s website, local search, content, scheduling, lead nurturing, and front-desk processes into one acquisition-to-enrollment system. The work made the journey easier for families to trust and easier for a small staff to operate.
Across two tenures, I led three generations of the company’s website from vendor-managed WordPress to Webflow and then an internally maintained platform. Each rebuild removed a deeper layer of content, security, architecture, and ownership risk.
I redesigned a month-long medical SaaS onboarding process across departmental boundaries, cutting completion time in half. I then led its evolution from physical welcome materials and scheduled calls into reusable videos and LMS-ready instruction.
I redesigned a cabin-rental website and booking journey inside LiveRez templates I could not restructure. Through UX strategy, prototyping, custom CSS, and owner-facing guardrails, I launched a clearer digital-first experience in four months.
