As time grows since its last facelift, first impressions become more critical by the day. Resting on one's laurels runs the risk of seeming antiquated. Users perceive a beautiful product as a well-working one. While studying the application for a manual I was writing, I noted the UX/UI flaws and began an informal audit to be addressed in the future.
