For our medical scheduling and billing software, our onboarding process required clients to finish 5 units of video training to qualify for free support coverage. We had just entered into a partnership with an EMR software company and we were due to see a huge influx of new customers to train. At the time, trainers were performing one-on-one training sessions over the phone and VNC. Bringing this process online was the only way we could scale to handle this incoming workload.
